Once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, ALTA Brand is no longer responsible for the package. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after confirmed delivery. We recommend that customers ensure their shipping address is secure, accurate and product is received from location in a timely manner.
If you experience issues with a delivered package (e.g., stolen or not received despite a delivery confirmation), we encourage you to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
