To Start a Return or Exchange:
Have your order number and shipping zip code ready, then follow the link below to get started.
Returns on items are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached, in the state you received them. *We reserve the right to not accept any worn or damaged merchandise. Product bags are NOT accepted as shipping bags, as they do not adequately protect the product through the shipping process.
*Note that we do not accept returns on clearance items, custom-made products, final sale merchandise or products that are specified as non-returnable in the description.

Returns and Exchanges:
Returns are easy, and fast. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please visit the link above or contact us at hello@shopaltabrand.com and an ALTA team member will walk you through this process.
Once your items are returned, you will receive an email notification of your refund or new order (if it's an exchange).
Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned item(s). Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less the return label fee, if applicable. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
The ALTA Promise
We guarantee all of our merchandise will be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
In the event of such defect outside of our control we will cover the expense of making a claim under our guarantee by offering you pre-paid shipping for any returns under this guarantee. To return an item under our guarantee, please contact us providing an explanation and pictures detailing what the defect is. Once your items are returned, you will receive notification of your refund or new order.
